We can take on engagements to form new companies. Typically, we first discuss with you the goals of the company, and how you propose to use it. Thereafter, we organise all the activities involved in forming a company.
These are some of the aspects we take care of :
- Registering the company with the local Company Registry
- Contacting a Notaire to arrange the legal work which is a distinct aspect in Switzerland
- Arranging a new bank account for the new company
In certain limited cases we can also provide a Swiss director for your company, but this is subject to additional terms, given the responsibilities that directors need to undertake.
